用途Purpose：

安装在光热发电熔盐侧管路或者换热器上，当压力升高超过允许值，安全阀开启排放多余介质，降低压力，确保机组安全运行。

It is Installed on the photothermal molten salt side pipeline or heat exchanger, when the pressure increases over the allowable value, the safety valve opens to discharge excess medium, so that the pressure is reduced for ensuring the safe operation of the unit.

特点Features：

1）阀门结构形式：弹簧直接作用式；

 Structure Type: Spring loaded

 

2）阀体：采用CF8C材料，防止熔盐介质高温腐蚀；

   Body: adopted CF8C material, to prevent high temperature corrosion of    molten salt media.

3）阀座：采用F347H材料，防止熔盐介质高温腐蚀；

   Seat: adopted F347H material, to prevent high temperature corrosion of    molten salt media.

4）阀瓣：整体采用Inconel 718材料，防止熔盐介质高温腐蚀和冲刷；

   Disc: integrally adopted Inconel 718 material, to prevent high temperature corrosion and scour of molten salt media.

5）波纹管结构:采用波纹管结构，防止介质与弹簧直接接触，对弹簧性能产生影响，同时阻止介质对弹簧的腐蚀作用；

  Bellows structure: adopted bellows structure, to prevent the medium contact the spring directly, which affects the spring performance, meanwhile, prevents the medium from corroding to the spring.

6）锁紧装置：熔盐安全阀配有调整螺丝锁紧机构，当把阀门整定压力整定好后，用锁紧装置进行锁紧，防止调整螺丝松动；

Locking device: the molten salt safety valve is equipped with adjusting screw locking mechanism. When set pressure of the valve is set, the locking device is used to prevent the adjusting screw loose.
